Signit is a simple place for agreements that need signatures. Upload a PDF, add the right people, and follow the outcome in the app or through a connected Claude or ChatGPT assistant.
Choose how you are starting
Sender
You have a PDF to send. Create an Envelope, add Signers, choose whether they sign together or in order, and send the email invitations.
Signer
You received an invitation or see a Pending Signature in your account. Read the complete PDF, then sign or decline. You do not need an account to open a valid invitation.
Connected agent
You want an AI agent to prepare an Envelope or help you sign. The agent uses only your existing access and can be revoked from Signit at any time.
A few useful terms
- Envelope — one agreement: exactly one PDF, its Signers, routing rules, and evidence.
- Signer — someone who must sign. Every Signer matters for completion.
- Invitation — the personal, expiring link to the signing page.
- Pending Signature — an eligible assignment shown to a signed-in user linked to the same verified email address.
- Field — a signature, text input, or checkbox placed on the PDF for one Signer. Its Field Key is how your own systems find the answer.
Once every Signer finishes, Signit prepares the final PDF and a Certificate of Completion. It is an evidence report, not a qualified digital certificate or a guarantee of someone’s legal identity.
